Immaculate attention to detail. We, a family of 6, stayed in one of the two deluxe cabins here and found it very relaxing. The grounds are well kept and the senery is beautiful. The cabin was stocked not only with silverware and dinnerware but napkins and coffee.
Great park close to the attractions in Renfro. Roads and sites easily accommodated our 43 ft rig and towed Honda.
Great place to stop and stay. Clean and well maintained. Excellent staff that provides great information .
Only two drawbacks keep it from 5 stars., its proximity to the interstate means distant road noise. Secondly, the park facilities shut down a little too early. Other than that, it's a great place to stay.
Sites are really close together. Seemed very cramped. They offered a free chili dinner the night we were there, but it was swamped with loud, low people and high temperatures in their "community room". Didn't hang around. It pains me to say we would not stay there again...we usually love the KOA sites because they have such high standards.
Clean, quiet, and filled with some of the coolest campers I've seen, from swank retro units, to expensive big rigs! The outdoor community kitchen is a great idea. We didn't stay long, as we were just passing through the state, but I am glad we stopped there.
