It has been a long time since I have received this caliber of service and people who are this conscientious in their work. They had to deal with a difficult warranty company and were more than fair with the price they charged. I think they went way above and beyond in assisting us in working on something that most companies would not get involved in and I would recommend them for anyone with vehicle trouble traveling in this area.

After we got home and did some price comparisons found that they were over 150.00 higher then they should have been. Think the person that gave me the quote either did not clearly hear where I was telling him or didn't care. Tow truck totally trashed inside with McDonalds bags and trash. Had to literally put my feet down on top of stuff to just sit in the back seat. Driver first had to stop and get gas after picking us up. Then decided he was hungry and stopped and a second exit on the way to get himself food from mcdonalds. I understand that we were two hours south of home but should be ready to work if being paid way to much in the first place. He was nice enough in conversation but otherwise truck appeared very unprofessional and again total rip off in price. Yes got my car home in one piece but very disappointed otherwise.

We broke down in a travel trailer on the interstate with a failed axle. Perry dispatched a tow truck to get us but the trailer was too large to load on a truck so the guys pulled the wheel and chained up the axle so we could creep on the shoulder of the busy interstate to their shop. They followed us all the way in at 4 mph with their emergency lights on for safety. Back in the shop, they removed the axle and determined we needed a new axle assembly. It took us six days and 1800 miles of chasing a replacement axle. Perry and his associates were very helpful in helping make phone calls and even traveling to vendors with me in search of the axle. We finally went to the factory where they built a new axle which Perry's crew installed it on the trailer. They made sure the brakes worked, torqued all the lug nuts on all wheels, aired all the tires including the spare and went on a test drive to make sure everything was safe and working properly.
Great experience with these guys. I would recommend them highly.
They found a garage that diagnosed the problem.. but we needed to have it worked on by a Honda Certified Garage. So we called and had them tow it to a Honda Dealership in Somerset!
Wife and I traveling back from a getaway. Car lost power. We called several places in the area (Sunday afternoon 5pm). Finally we called Perry's. First he had us try a couple of different things that might fix the problem. We tried those but it did not fix the problem. We were able to drive the car to his garage (he offered to tow us). He had a rental car that we could use. So we got that and we were on our way. (we were ecstatic that we got a rental on a Sunday night. We drove home to Ohio.
