Great food going in. Not so much coming out.
One of the better Taco Bells out there. Normally you get soggy taco shells and barely stuffed burritos at Taco Bell. This place had fresh, crunch shells, well stuffed burritos and fast service. This place is actually a gem as far as Taco Bell chain restaurants.
Hands down best restaurant in mt vernon. However I gave it 4 stars because you have to wait quite a while but it's worth it
An employee just argued with me over a power veggie burrito that I paid 3.99 for , she informed me that it did not come with beans and the person who made mine the day before was trained wrong. I said so im paying $4 for lettuce & sour cream, she said yep. She ended up giving me a bowl of beans after I got upset because its a POWER burrito the power is the beans! Her name was Crystal and I did call Taco Bell when I got home and informed her that I was on the Taco Bell web site looking right at the item that I ordered, and she didnt care that she was wrong and she said "you have a nice day" and hung up. Ive never got that upset at a fast food place in my life. Ive never had to argue over something I knew the employee was wrong over but she refused to admit she was wrong.
